After 2 years of covid, the CMHA In Motion ride is back and my fam and I couldn't be more ready to ride for Tim again.
7 years - can't believe it's been over 7 years since my big bro lost his battle with depression & our lives changed forever. Unfortunately, Tim isn't the only one. Every day, an average of more than 10 Canadians die by suicide.
On June 12th, the Podlipski/ Alcorn crew will be riding to raise money again for CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) & all those out there who have struggled, are currently struggling or will struggle.
All money raised goes directly to CMHA's goal to raise money for mental health programs and services across Canada.
