Yes! Registration fees take care of all event-related expenses, guaranteeing you enjoy the complete experience, including a belt bag, lunch & entertainment, and covering necessary administrative costs. To elevate our impact, we're setting a new standard this year by introducing a minimum fundraising requirement of $100.00. Your invaluable support will go a long way in maximizing our reach and making a significant difference in the lives of young individuals in our community.
If the minimum $100 fundraising requirement is not met by the event date, the credit card that was used to register for the event will be charged for the difference. For example, if you raised $50, you will be charged $50.
If a donation cheque has been written out to you personally, you may endorse the back of the cheque and mail it in with a completed pledge form to CMHA York and South Simcoe.
It is not a good idea to send a cash donation in the mail. You may drop off the cash at CMHA York and South Simcoe or bring it on the day of the event, along with your information.

You can't enter a cheque online. What you can do is enter a cheque as a pledge. This can be done in the fundraising section of your headquarters page. The status of the cheque will be pending until it is received by CMHA York and South Simcoe.

As your donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not they want to appear in the Honour Roll.
Log in with your email and password to visit your headquarters page. Select ‘My Fundraising Report' on the left side. You will then find a list of all of your donors as well as a list of all donors to your team .
To easily send thank-you emails to donors, follow these steps:
- Log in to your fundraiser dashboard by clicking the "My HQ" link in the top right
- Click "My Fundraising Report" in the left sidebar
- Locate the donor/donation you'd like to thank, and click "Send Email" (If the donor didn't submit their email address, this option is unavailable.)
- Type the message in the pop-up window, and click "Send Email"

A personal URL is a shortened link to your team or personal page that you can send to friends and family in emails. A personal URL will look like this https://www.cmhainmotion.ca/ben.
When a donor makes a donation online, they can enter text to appear on the fundraising honour roll. This may be the donor's name, or it could be something like "From the whole Wolf family" or "In Memory of Aunt Cathy".
Shirts will not be distributed to participants at registration, we have replaced the shirts with Belt Bags this year. Limited quantities and sizes of MHIM Technical T-Shirts and Cycling Jerseys will be available for sale on-site at the event.
We recommend that riders on the 60 km use a bike with 27.5 inch wheels or greater. Roads for this event are not closed to traffic. This route takes you on country roads where you will be required to follow the rules of the road for cyclists.
