Why Join:
Since 2015, CMHA YRSS has been dedicated to addressing the challenges young people face due to mental illness, addiction, and suicide. Through MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe), Ontario’s first mobile and also virtual walk-in health clinic for youth aged 12-25, we've been saving and transforming lives.

Whether you prefer a leisurely walk, an invigorating run, or a scenic bike ride, Mental Health in Motion has something for you. Bring your friends, family, and co-workers - let's make this event unforgettable!
