On June 9th, 2024, our family is participating in our 9th Annual Mental Health in Motion Bike Ride for CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) in Tim’s memory, to celebrate and strengthen mental health for all Canadians. Our goal is to raise $2,500 to support those who are struggling like Tim did and invite you to support us with a donation.

In March 2014, our beloved Tim suffered a traumatic brain injury after being involved in a serious car accident. Unfortunately, after lots of hope that Tim was going to pull through and fully recover – he could not. Although he was physically getting better, Tim developed severe depression and was embarrassed and ashamed about his mental health. On October 30th, 2014 - our family tragically lost Tim in his struggle. Losing a member of our family has been a battle like no other. We want to help those who are battling with demons that depression and other mental illnesses can bring - Remember, you are not alone.

On June 9th, 2024, thousands of cyclists will come together to celebrate and strengthen mental health for all Canadians while raising $1,500,000 for mental health programs and services – and we as TEAM TIMBO for Greater Toronto will be one of them! Mental Health in Motion is a community bike ride taking place in over 30 communities across Canada benefitting the Canadian Mental Health Association. We are proud to participate in Mental Health in Motion 2024 and invite you to join the movement and show your support with a donation or by joining us as a rider/walker. Thank you!
